Enterprise Business Development Executive
Persado
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new enterprise and strategic opportunities aligned with Persado’s ICP. • Initiate and lead discovery conversations with senior marketing, digital, business line, and executive stakeholders. • Develop a strong point of view on prospect priorities and shape opportunities around measurable business outcomes. • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and functions within target accounts. • Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development roles
- Strong track record of generating qualified pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders in discovery-led conversations
- Familiarity selling into one or more of the following industries:
- Banking, credit unions, and financial services (US and Europe)
- Telecom, wireless, or subscription-based consumer businesses
- Airlines, travel, loyalty, or membership-based models
- Retail or large B2C brands with sophisticated CRM programs
- Consultative mindset with strong business acumen.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building opportunities from scratch.
- Resilient, curious, and commercially driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
