Business Development Manager
Landmark Information Group
• Identifying new business opportunities and clients • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives and in line with the strategic direction given by the Legal Market Sales Manager • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making • Building and maintain strong relationships with clients, and external partners, and stakeholders. • Drive personal lead generation and conversion activities and take ownership of leads identified by the sales team. • Identify customer needs and feedback for product/service improvement to relevant teams • Ensure CRM is updated regularly to maintain quality information for business decision making. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. • Assess risks associated with new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles
- Solid background in field sales or account management, ideally within B2B environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of professional account selling techniques
- Ability to craft and deliver persuasive presentations
- Confidence working remotely and proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific tools
- Competence in analysing Excel data and producing Word and PowerPoint materials
- Experience within the law firm or conveyancing market
