• Onboarding estructurado de nuevos usuarios: Acompañar al cliente desde su primera interacción con el producto, garantizando una implementación fluida y una rápida adopción. • Parametrización del software: Configurar cuentas, operaciones, flujos de trabajo y demás módulos del sistema de acuerdo con la realidad y necesidades del cliente. • Implementación de procesos y entrenamientos: Planificar e impartir sesiones de capacitación funcionales, asegurando que los usuarios comprendan y utilicen las herramientas correctamente. • Gestión de proyectos de implantación: Liderar cronogramas y entregas, asegurando la calidad y cumplimiento de los plazos. • Relación continua con los clientes: Realizar reuniones de checkpoint para monitorear avances, resolver dudas y mantener una comunicación activa y de confianza. • Apoyo operativo y resolución de problemas: Ser el punto de contacto para cuestiones funcionales y operativas del cliente, actuando con agilidad y empatía. • Demostraciones y presentaciones: Realizar demos adaptadas al contexto del cliente, destacando beneficios y buenas prácticas de uso. • Garantizar la entrega de valor: Ser el guardián de la experiencia del cliente, asegurando que el producto cumpla su propósito y genere resultados concretos para su negocio.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia comprobada con ERP: Trayectoria sólida en implementación, soporte o consultoría de sistemas de gestión empresarial.
- Capacidad de liderazgo funcional: Habilidad para conducir proyectos de implantación, coordinar entregas y mantener la alineación entre equipos técnicos y clientes.
- Perfil disciplinado y orientado a la ejecución: Persona organizada, con sentido de responsabilidad, foco en resultados y actitud proactiva.
- Disponibilidad para viajes: Disposición para acompañar implantaciones o capacitaciones presenciales cuando sea necesario (eventualmente).
- Perfil relacional y consultivo: Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas y actuar como socio estratégico del cliente.
- Comunicación clara y objetiva: Facilidad para traducir temas técnicos en lenguaje comprensible y empático.
