Milence
• You will lead the construction and deployment of Milence charging hubs, managing projects within scope, time, and budget. • You will oversee the process of acquiring permits and grid connections, ensuring no unnecessary delays. • You will select and contract external partners, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, permitting authorities, grid operators, and internal teams. • You will identify risks and optimizations early, communicating proactively to keep projects on track. • You will uphold Milence’s commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in every project.
Job Requirements
- You have successful experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or related fields.
- You have the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You have strong communication skills—able to engage and align teams across cultures and disciplines.
- You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on cost-effective, innovative solutions.
- You have technical knowledge of construction processes, permitting, HSEQ, and grid connections.
- You have proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and ERP systems.
- You have a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, business administration, or equivalent experience.

• Own the overall project schedule both internally and externally • Timely responses to our clients, ensuring they are never left wondering what is happening with the work • The main point of contact for our clients, ensuring there is never a surprise on their end • Providing weekly status reports for our clients which include any risks or blockers the team is encountering • Ensure the Bunsen team is always aware of what is on deck on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Ability to succinctly capture client feedback and turn it into actionable tasks for the Bunsen team • Driver of approvals, ensuring clients know when approvals are needed • Can own a budget and ensure that the right people are in place at the right time • Highlight risks to a project early and often with leadership
