• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Smartsheet solutions for clients • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather client requirements to develop tailored solutions • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure successful adoption of Smartsheet solutions • Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced during implementation • Stay up-to-date with the latest Smartsheet features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions • Assist in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and client presentations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Smartsheet solutions
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in training and conducting workshops

ITG require a talented Solutions Architect to work on the development of a range of web based products and tools.The focus for this role is on the development of websites driven by the Adobe Experience Manager CMS. The Solutions Architect will act as an internal Adobe AEM consultant, advising teams and clients on how best to develop customer-facing digital platforms and experiences, supporting and advising on projects and stakeholders that would like to take advantage of AEM’s capabilities.
