• Lead the design and delivery of a high-impact Genesys Cloud CX implementation for an enterprise client • Serve as the technical authority on the Genesys Cloud platform • Own the end-to-end solution architecture across routing, IVR, outbound dialer, reporting, and integrations • Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable, resilient contact center architectures • Design and oversee data extraction strategies leveraging the Genesys Cloud Analytics API, Platform API, conversation detail records, and event streaming • Own outbound dialer architecture, including campaign design, dial attempt extraction, and compliance considerations • Troubleshoot complex platform issues across routing, telephony, integration, and reporting layers • Produce architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and reference documentation

• Support engagement leads with the day-to-day coordination of active projects • Help track project tasks, timelines, action items, and deliverables • Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates • Communicate professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, fluent English • Assist in scheduling meetings, capturing follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informed • Help ensure information flows smoothly between the engagement lead, internal team, and the client • Learn and apply Tricension's project processes, tools, and best practices over time • Proactively flag risks, blockers, or gaps to the engagement lead • Provide reliable behind-the-scenes support that keeps engagements running smoothly

• Architect, configure, and maintain NICE CXone / NICE inContact / NICE Engage platforms at an enterprise scale • Lead end-to-end platform implementations, migrations, and major upgrades • Design and optimize IVR flows, call routing strategies, ACD configurations, and omnichannel contact flows • Integrate NICE platform with enterprise CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics) • Serve as a senior technical point of contact for US-based Fortune 100 client stakeholders • Drive platform governance, security configurations, user provisioning, and access management • Lead troubleshooting of critical incidents and platform outages with urgency and precision • Develop architectural documentation, technical runbooks, SOPs, and integration specs • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and platform administrators • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable platform solutions • Own reporting, analytics, and WFM/QM module configuration as needed • Participate in change management, release planning, and Agile/ITIL delivery processes

• Design and implement scalable analytical data models using dimensional modeling best practices • Build and maintain fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and reporting datasets • Develop and manage DBT transformations, models, and analytics workflows • Create scalable ELT pipelines using Databricks, SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and reporting requirements into reliable data solutions • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics environments • Support modern analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, SQL endpoints, and related tooling • Contribute to AI-enabled analytics initiatives, integrations, or modern data platform enhancements • Support Oracle-based data integrations and related analytics workflows • Assist with legacy Microsoft data stack environments when required, including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS • Support modernization efforts involving legacy reporting and BI systems

• Customize and extend NOPCommerce functionality to meet business requirements • Develop and maintain custom plugins, themes, and integrations • Optimize performance and scalability of the NOPCommerce platform • Work with ASP.NET Core, MVC architecture, and SQL Server • Integrate third-party services (payments, shipping, APIs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) • Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Design, develop, and optimize relational database architectures to support enterprise applications • Write, review, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, views, triggers, and stored procedures • Perform data migration , transformation, and cleansing across multiple environments • Develop, schedule, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes • Design and implement data models for reporting and analytics • Build and publish Power BI dashboards and reports , integrating data from multiple sources • Monitor and improve database performance, scalability, and security • Collaborate closely with application developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and performance • Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, accelerate coding tasks, and automate repetitive database operations • Support data-driven decision-making through BI and analytics solutions

• Implement and configure Five9 contact center environments • Build and maintain IVRs, ACD routing, queues, skills, and agent configurations • Configure inbound and outbound campaigns and dialing logic • Manage users, roles, permissions, and tenant settings • Support CRM and third party integrations, including testing and troubleshooting • Participate in go live activities and post deployment stabilization • Provide operational and managed services support for active client environments • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when needed • Maintain technical documentation and configuration records
