HR Representative – Italian, French

Nordson Corporation

• Provide human resources support to our internal customers in EMEA • Focus on supporting languages in Italian, French, English, and may assist in additional activities translation support for policies and documentation • Process day to day HR related inquiries and transactions received through various channels • Use a Case Management tool to enter, track and respond to all activities efficiently, professionally and in a welcoming manner • Deliver first call resolution and provide high quality customer support that meets expected service levels and business performance goals • Proactively identify and recommend improvements on processes, procedures and system functionality as part of efforts on Continuous Improvement • Perform various HR tasks, including: Pre-employment activities, Coordination of incoming and outgoing employee administration, Employee and HRIS Data administration, Employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation etc., Leave of absence and vacation administration, Training inquiries, Generation of HR related reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor background in Human Resources or similar
  • minimum of 3 years’ related experience in a service environment, HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
  • Knowledge of Italian labor law required
  • Experience with case management system beneficial
  • Native or business level proficiency (verbal and written) in Italian and French
  • business level proficiency in English; basic Spanish is a plus
  • Outstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy, compassion and service orientation
  • Adaptability and flexibility which includes being open to change, as well as strong detail orientation
  • Excellent process orientation and savviness with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve results
  • Broad overview and knowledge of HR Operations and Employee life cycle are a plus
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes practices and employment laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
