Advanced Salesforce Engineer

• Lead and deliver rapid Salesforce Quick Start engagements from kickoff to go-live readiness • Execute predefined implementation frameworks utilizing standard Salesforce functionality, keeping customization low • Translate business requirements into practical, highly efficient out-of-the-box configurations • Configure core Salesforce features including data models, security (roles, profiles, sharing), and standard objects • Build and manage platform automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals) as well as reports and dashboards • Support data imports, complex migrations, and light integrations with third-party tools • Provide clear recommendations aligned to best practices, identifying future opportunities while rigorously avoiding over-engineering within the immediate project scope
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven track record of successfully delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementations (typically 2–6 week engagements)
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience guiding clients through focused discovery sessions aligned exclusively to fixed-scope delivery
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, standard objects, and security/sharing models
- Hands-on proficiency with standard automation tools (Flows) and building robust reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting data imports, migrations, and basic integrations (APIs, connectors, and third-party tools)
- Must hold 2 to 5 of the following Salesforce Certifications: Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, Certified Agentforce Specialist, Certified Platform Administrator, Certified Platform Administrator II, Certified Business Analyst, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant
