• Lead system design and technical requirements of salesforce applications for evolving CRM requirements. • Responsible for architecting, designing, and developing advanced customizations on Salesforce.com and Force.com. • Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements and Design documents. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of salesforce.com capabilities around Communities, Mobility, Sharing, and Identity Management. • Develop and present approaches to integrate with ERP systems and other external apps. • Manage technical project team members (onsite and offshore) and run workshops. • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology and best practices.

• Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations on Salesforce.com and Force.com • Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements and Design documents • Demonstrate deep knowledge of salesforce.com’s capabilities around Communities, Mobility, Sharing, Identity Management, Integration and Apex/VF customization, hosting infrastructure, and multi-tenant design. • Present CPQ products technical architecture, and engage in discussions with customers or prospects IT teams on technical aspects around CPQ product offerings and the Force.com platform. • Develop and present approaches to integrate with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.) and other external apps; build and present customized demos using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of the force.com platform; manage technical project team members (onsite and offshore) • Running workshops, working closely with the client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of configuration vs. customizations • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce.com best practices. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment with IT Developers (offshore, vendor, client) to define the technical solution and architecture blueprint. • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. • Has a working laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.

• You are responsible for the set-up and the further development of the Salesforce OMS as the central OMS system for the e-Commerce order orchestration • You coordinate the evaluation, scope, and complete new development requests • You perform hands-on solution design, do prototyping and create proof-of-concepts, as required in support of current and new projects • You edit day-to-day administrative functions including general configuration, user account maintenance, workflows, user support and other routine tasks • You complete regular internal system audits and prepare for salesforces three annual updates • You continuously improve the platform to enable growth and high time-to-market • You manage the data model, import processes and automation • You identify and mitigate risks in processes and technologies • You provide domain expertise, technical direction and risk assessment in support of development projects

• Participate in the technical design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications in an Agile environment • Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform primarily using declarative tools and custom development as needed to build the application based on client requirements • Communicate any Salesforce restrictions and platform enhancements to the team • Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, web services, XML, JSON • Perform unit testing and implement bug/defect fixes • Showcase completed features to the development team • Participate in code reviews • Interact with other technology teams throughout the application lifecycle
