• Develop and produce high-quality written content across formats including blog posts, articles, guides, ebooks, and other marketing materials • Support content planning across Parloa’s core owned and distribution channels • Translate complex product, market, and customer topics into clear narratives • Maintain strong editorial standards across content • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports business priorities • Manage and maintain an editorial calendar

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years or equivalent experience in content marketing, copywriting, editorial, or digital marketing roles
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Comfortable creating content across a variety of asset types
  • Experience working with SEO principles, content management systems, and digital content performance data
  • Strong project management skills

• Lead an editorial and content plan for SanityDesk. • Create a variety of content media including articles, videos, ebooks, and presentations, with freelancers (optionally done by yourself) to reach the right audiences and drive brand awareness, lead generation, sales, customer engagement and retention. • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and education to distribute content that's valuable to our audiences and keeps them coming back to SanityDesk for more. • Work closely with 3rd party content partners to accelerate our distribution to key audiences. • Find new ways to tell SanityDesk customer stories in ways that go beyond traditional case studies. • Participate in analysis of content performance and help to develop plans to improve engagement and effectiveness. • Develop editorial governance to ensure content is consistent with SanityDesk’s brand voice, style, and tone. • Provide oversight and guidance related to creative decisions and adjacent communications, such as social media and public relations. • Manage freelance writers, translators and others as-needed. • Align with digital marketing for campaign optimization of messaging and distribution.
