Job Description

Senior Content Marketing Manager

SanityDesk

• Lead an editorial and content plan for SanityDesk. • Create a variety of content media including articles, videos, ebooks, and presentations, with freelancers (optionally done by yourself) to reach the right audiences and drive brand awareness, lead generation, sales, customer engagement and retention. • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and education to distribute content that's valuable to our audiences and keeps them coming back to SanityDesk for more. • Work closely with 3rd party content partners to accelerate our distribution to key audiences. • Find new ways to tell SanityDesk customer stories in ways that go beyond traditional case studies. • Participate in analysis of content performance and help to develop plans to improve engagement and effectiveness. • Develop editorial governance to ensure content is consistent with SanityDesk’s brand voice, style, and tone. • Provide oversight and guidance related to creative decisions and adjacent communications, such as social media and public relations. • Manage freelance writers, translators and others as-needed. • Align with digital marketing for campaign optimization of messaging and distribution.

Job Requirements

  • A passion for SanityDesk’s mission and values
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing (preferred in SaaS or tech)
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and/or martech categories
  • Manage all content marketing production and distribution processes, including writers or content creators
  • Proven ability to produce engaging content that educates and converts while ranking well
  • Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally detail oriented with a passion for research, with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO performance measurement and be informed on SEO trends and technology.
  • Experience in product marketing and understanding ‘jobs to be done’ framework for consumers needs
  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation and thought leadership
  • The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
  • Minimum Advanced (C1) English so you can ensure content is consistently high-quality, engaging content and in the brand voice
  • Professional-level copywriting in English (would be a strong bonus).
