Job Description

Content Marketing Manager

NetCov

• Develop and manage NetCov’s editorial calendar aligned with revenue targets • Align content to ICP verticals (credit unions, financial institutions, AEC) and key offerings (managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud) • Translate company priorities into campaign-driven content themes • Align content to buyer journey stages: awareness → consideration → decision → expansion • Collaborate closely with demand generation priorities and campaign planning • Leverage AI tools and modern content workflows to scale content production, repurpose core ideas across formats, and accelerate time-to-market • Produce and scale high-impact thought leadership content across multiple formats (articles, guides, executive POVs, etc.) • Develop case studies and client success stories that demonstrate measurable business impact • Create demand generation content including blogs, landing pages, and email nurture sequences • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battlecards, and technical explainers • Translate core content into webinars, podcasts, and event materials to maximize reach and reuse • Partner with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy and relevance • Own timelines for drafting, editing, publishing, and distributing content • Partner directly with Sales leadership to identify objections, lost deal patterns, and content gaps • Develop content that accelerates deal velocity and removes friction in the sales process • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives with targeted messaging • Build vertical-specific messaging aligned to high-value accounts • Support SEO strategy through structured content development and keyword alignment • Optimize content for search visibility, engagement, and conversion • Manage content distribution across website, email campaigns, and LinkedIn • Support paid amplification efforts in coordination with demand generation • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure content performance is accurately captured within marketing and sales systems • Track and report on content performance, including engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution • Analyze content-attributed pipeline and influence on deal progression • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data and market feedback • Support testing and optimization of headlines, formats, and calls-to-action • Ensure brand voice, tone, and narrative consistency across all marketing materials • Develop executive-level messaging aligned with NetCov’s positioning • Elevate NetCov’s brand from vendor to trusted advisor through content • Maintain content documentation, asset libraries, and editorial workflows • Manage publishing cadence and content production timelines • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, thought leadership, or editorial roles
  • Ability to translate complex IT, cybersecurity, and compliance topics into clear business value
  • Experience developing editorial calendars and structured content strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Experience producing long-form content including whitepapers, case studies, and guides
  • Ability to manage multiple content initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud services, managed services, or B2B technology preferred
  • Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence and conversation platforms (Gong or similar)
  • Experience supporting email marketing platforms and campaign execution tools
  • Comfort using data and reporting tools to measure content performance and pipeline impact.
