Operations Manager, Evaluation
A.Team
• Manage the evaluation pipeline: invitations, follow-ups, and documentation. • Support interview scheduling, score handling, transcript reviews, and post-evaluation surveys. • Support off-cycle / async reviews and re-evaluations as needed. • Ensure all evaluation-related data and systems are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable. • Own day-to-day execution of workflows and ensure nothing stalls or requires follow-up. • Ensure processes run consistently, proactively flag issues and suggest practical improvements. • Execute new initiatives and processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements. • Track progress, maintain and update documentation, and provide recommendations for process optimization. • Provide clear, concise updates and surface blockers early. • Handle communications, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. • Work with internal teams (Supply, Support, Product, Interviewers, Formation) to ensure smooth coordination. • Support internal stakeholders with insights, reports, and cross-functional updates. • Track operational metrics related to evaluations, pipeline health, and turnaround times. • Support recurring reporting (monthly, quarterly) with accurate and updated data. • Maintain dashboards and ensure data integrity across tools. • Support interviewing teams with payments, training, newsletters, and feedback loops. • Handle reactive requests and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years in Operations Management, Program/Project Coordination, or Talent/HR Operations.
- Strong execution skills, detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Experience working in structured processes and maintaining high data accuracy.
- Experience in AI/Tech evaluation processes or talent programs (Nice-to-Have).
- Basic product support or QA experience (Nice-to-Have).

Sales Operations Representative, Commercial Territory East

• Provide operational assistance to account managers, and field sales coworkers with quote creation and order processing. • Provide consistent status updates for orders, quotes, or other requests to sales coworkers. • Directly interact with customers to provide order status updates, quotes or other requests as needed to provide exception customer outcomes. • Ability to assist with basic CDW and Partner badged services requests through Agiloft and Synapse (Changepoint). • Prepare and distribute product configurations and customer quotes utilizing online tools and CDW resources. • Promptly process orders via SPS and AS400 systems. • Web order processing through the Sales Order Router. • Manage bids entry, amend, and win bids in the Bid Router, as needed. • Ensure proper purchasing contract(s) and terms are selected upon order entry. • Maintain sales order routers and sales order manager screens. • Ensure all started tasks are seen through to completion. • Facilitate and follow up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow requests to ensure frictionless order flow experience for customers, and sales coworkers. • Provide daily maintenance of operational assistance to release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Sales Order Router. • Understand how to do configuration based on best practice standards in regard to configuring hardware accurately and properly. • Attend all sales teams' meetings and huddles via phone, Webex, or in person to further build relationships with sales team. • Understand and maintain in depth knowledge of relevant products, promotions, and announcements. • Utilize internal and external training opportunities to continually develop product knowledge and sales skills. • Complete Partner Product accreditation to further advance skillsets in solutions and services sales. • Build trusted working relationships with account manager(s) to ensure seamless working relationship and deliver a OneCDW customer experience. • Proactively provide pertinent information to client(s) and account manager(s). • Develop good working relationships with internal departments. • Have a high sense of urgency to go above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer experience.

Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Our Environment - Remote, field-based position. - Travel is required up to 50% of the time. The base range for this position in the posted location is $161,200.00 - $227,700.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
