What You Will Do - Design and deliver high-quality product experiences that support key growth initiatives, from concept through production, under the guidance of a Staff Product Designer. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into thoughtful, user-centered solutions that align with business goals. - Own scoped initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, while incorporating feedback and direction from design leadership. - Create a range of design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready specs. - Design and iterate on consumer-facing email campaigns, balancing strong visual storytelling with clarity, usability, and performance considerations. - Apply a high level of visual craft across both product UI and email work, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across touchpoints. - Advocate for users by considering the full journey—from initial entry points through conversion and ongoing engagement. - Contribute to design critiques and team discussions, helping maintain a high bar for quality and consistency. - Leverage AI-powered tools in your workflow to explore concepts, increase efficiency, and elevate design output.
