• Serve as the primary design resource on simple to moderate engagements, producing reports, one-pagers, dashboards, proposals, and fully designed deliverables. • Collaborate with project teams throughout the reporting process, translating analysis and storytelling into compelling visual formats. • Create, adapt, and enforce visual style guides aligned with each project’s unique needs and client preferences. • Demonstrate accountability and ownership of design quality, timelines, and project scope within defined deliverables. • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and polish in all design outputs. • Work efficiently under tight timelines, delivering high-quality design solutions with agility and speed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an information designer, presentation designer, or in a related visual communication role, preferably within market research, consulting, or data-driven environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design diverse deliverables like reports, dashboards, and proposals with attention to storytelling through visuals.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles, layout, typography, and branding consistency.
- Ability to adapt design style seamlessly to different client needs and project briefs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate and present design concepts confidently.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
- Agile and efficient work style, able to prioritize and deliver against competing deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience working freelance or in contract-based roles with multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and business challenges related to client insights and strategy.
