Humana
• produces a wide range of projects for internal audiences • handles edits and revisions • problem-solving situations and manages high interactions with business partners that require independent initiative and judgment • entails accessing and managing electronic files appropriately for edits and revisions • requires high interaction and collaboration with other members of the internal Creative Services Team (to include but not limited to Client Services, Designers, Writers and Project leads for requests) • Requires flexibility with project scheduling, project problem solving and edits in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques • works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge • Looking for a team player with initiative to proactively engage in projects, solve problems and get the work done to meet the team and business's needs.
Job Requirements
- Possesses less than five years of technical experience
- Experience with Adobe Software Programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Cloud version: InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Distiller)
- Excellent people, time and project management skills with strict attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication, reading and written skills
- Have the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of electronic file organization, servers and cross-platform optimization
- Understand design, layout techniques and basic print terminology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Job Description As a Technical Game Designer, you will help bring engaging game worlds to life. Working closely with artists, designers, and engineers, you will transform greybox layouts and visual assets into polished, playable experiences. Your work will involve asset integration, converting 3D models into functional game ingredients, and ensuring these elements meet both gameplay and performance standards before reaching players. You will be working on Disney Dreamlight Valley - a live game combining life-simulation and adventure, where players explore, complete quests, and shape their own magical world with Disney and Pixar characters.
