• As Principal Consultant, Data Architecture you act as the technical lead in complex data and analytics projects. • You design and take responsibility for end-to-end enterprise data architectures. • You provide technical leadership to teams and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. • You ensure enterprise data and analytics solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally ready. • You translate business requirements into robust technical target architectures and plan their implementation.

SUMMARY The Senior Snowflake Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and ongoing operation of Snowflake environments supporting core fund administration platforms, analytics, reporting, and downstream integrations. Additionally, this role partners closely with application development, infrastructure, data, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and well governed data solutions that align with regulatory and client requirements in the financial services industry. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of experience in database architecture or data engineering, including designing and operating Snowflake in production and managing large‑scale Snowflake data migrations. - Strong background deploying and maintaining cloud-based data platforms, with exposure to BI, reporting, and advanced analytics use cases on Snowflake. - Experience in the financial services industry, ideally supporting fund administration or asset management platforms. • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for RIS data migration. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze migration requirements. • Extract clinical, operational, and administrative data from legacy RIS systems. • Assess and map legacy data structures, including patient demographic records, diagnostic radiology reports, scanned documents, and future appointments. • Assist in assembling and loading RIS system’s master lists including referring physicians, insurance providers, procedure codes, billing codes, organizational structures such as practices, sites, and rooms, and other master look-up tables. • Use ETL tools to clean, transform, and prepare data for migration. • Provide post-migration support for product go-live implementations. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including customers, IT staff, compliance officers, and third-party vendors. • Document the entire migration process, including methodologies, tools, and reports. • Train staff on how to manage, access, and use data in the new RIS system. • Perform comprehensive validation to ensure data completeness and resolve inconsistencies. • Conduct post-migration verification and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. • Identify and resolve migration-related issues, such as data inconsistencies or system compatibility challenges.
