Job Description
Business Development Representative
Avomind
• Lead generation: You proactively identify potential leads based on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and enrich them independently. • Cold outreach: You initiate first contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and use your pitch to build long-term relationships with decision-makers. • Communication: Your professional demeanor convinces decision-makers across our target market. • Methodology: You continuously develop and optimize your outbound strategies to approach prospects professionally and with a needs-based focus, while regularly deepening your understanding of our client's ICP, value proposition, and sales journey. • Process optimization: You actively question and refine existing processes — from acquisition and list building to outreach, lead handling, and closing — helping to continuously improve them and build a scalable sales organization. • Teamwork: Working closely with the Head of Sales and the founder, you drive your personal and professional development and work toward progressing to the next career step as a Senior BDR or AE.
Job Requirements
- Drive: You are motivated to hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to the company's growth by pushing customer acquisition and working with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Sales talent: You have a proven track record in cold outreach and have demonstrated the ability to meet sales targets and engage decision-makers.
- Communication: You are persuasive and empathetic, able to break down complex topics into digestible pieces for different audiences. Additionally, you are proficient in German (C1) and comfortable working within an English-speaking team.
- Willingness to learn: Regardless of your prior experience, you are curious and eager to develop personally and professionally. Nice to have: you have experience in a SaaS environment or within complex sales organizations and are interested in joining us as a Business Development Representative.
Benefits
- Flexibility: Whether from your new office in Munich, elsewhere in Germany, or on a workation in other EU countries, you can choose the location that works best for you.
- Security: You will receive a permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation.
- Equipment: You will receive state-of-the-art hardware and can choose between Mac and Windows.
- Modern offices: In addition to the new headquarters in Munich, we offer the opportunity to work from individual, well-equipped hubs across Germany.
- Fitness benefits: We subsidize Wellhub (Gympass) and offer a JobRad (company bike) so you can stay active outside of work.
- Culture: We're an ambitious team that aims high but doesn't take itself too seriously and enjoys having fun together — at work, during regular team events, or annual offsites, such as our May trip to Lisbon.
- Career growth: Rapid development opportunities without rigid hierarchies — when performance is right, you won't stay in the same role forever and can quickly take the next step.
