Qualifications Required Qualifications: - 5+ years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field, - OR bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field, - OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years' experience working in the software development industry - 2+ years' experience working with marketing analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI) - Experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging to drive customer engagement and differentiation in the market. - Experience in A/B testing, growth marketing tactics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
