This is a remote role open to candidates currently residing in the United States and authorized to work here. We have a preference for applicants based in: AL, CO, FL, IL, IN, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA. Industry: Construction Reports to: Preconstruction Director Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000/year (based on experience) Summary of action: The Preconstruction Coordinator is a critical support role that enables the preconstruction team to operate efficiently by handling the foundational work behind the scenes. This position allows estimators to focus on high-value activities while ensuring data accuracy, task coordination, and timely execution of bids and submittals. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within preconstruction, estimating, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Data & System Management Enter and maintain accurate bid and project data in Monday.com, SharePoint, and internal systems Ensure all opportunities are properly tracked, updated, and organized Maintain consistency, accuracy, and cleanliness of data across all platforms Task Coordination Assign and route tasks based on project priority and team workload Monitor progress and follow up to prevent delays or bottlenecks Support overall workflow efficiency across the preconstruction team Estimating Support Assist estimators with data gathering, organization, and bid preparation Complete lower-priority bids using established tools and templates Support consistency in bid structure, documentation, and submission Submittal Preparation Assemble submittal packages including shop drawings, product data, and supporting documentation Organize and format materials for submission Support revisions and resubmittals as needed Preconstruction / Operations Support Prepare awarded jobs for handoff to operations with complete and organized documentation Support coordination between preconstruction and operations teams Help reduce gaps, missing information, and confusion during project handoff Company Overview: We are not your conventional construction company.
