• Own all renewal processes and outcomes for your account portfolio. • Maintain strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and deliver 100%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR). • Identify and close incremental expansion opportunities tied to product adoption signals. • Support customer movement toward multi-year agreements to improve long-term retention and account stability. • Build and maintain foundational account plans with a focus on customer outcomes. • Establish effective stakeholder maps and manage day-to-day relationships with customer champions and decision-makers. • Monitor usage and adoption trends to proactively address risks and surface expansion pathways. • Conduct quarterly business reviews with all customers to ensure their objectives are being achieved. • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Maintain superior CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy. • Execute the renewal playbook consistently, including preparation, negotiation fundamentals, and close plans. • Apply basic MEDDPICC principles to expansion opportunities. • Contribute to internal process improvements to accelerate team effectiveness. • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement and communications across the customer lifecycle. • Actively contribute to department-wide and cross-functional initiatives by sharing insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations that improve customer experience and revenue outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or post‑sale revenue roles.
  • Proven experience managing renewals or expansion opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with comfort engaging both day‑to‑day and operational contacts.
  • Strong organization skills, forecasting precision, and CRM discipline.
  • Ability to learn value frameworks, negotiation fundamentals, and expansion methodologies.
  • Preferred: A background in HR tech and helping companies create great working environments for their teams
  • Preferred: Exposure to MEDDPICC, value-based selling, or structured renewal processes.
  • Preferred: Experience influencing multi-year agreement structure and positioning.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets or retention goals.

Overview Primarily responsible for working with key decision makers at the Corporate level to drive revenue and profit in the Market Vertical you are assigned. Following are objectives for the role of Corporate Sales Manager. Compensation: $120-155K plus Bonus Responsibilities LEADERSHIP RELATED - Follow the Kurita America Safety Policy. Be a leader in safety implementation. - Adjust to varying market conditions during the FY to ensure that a profitable and thriving business is maintained. - Recognize the market drivers and determine their impact on customer decisions. Ensure that key market indicators are tracked and interpreted on a regular basis - Work with your manager to develop a target list and determine the unique Kurita America products and services that are appropriate for your identified targets. - Ensure assigned accounts meet with company’s strategic objective. - Utilize the Kurita BR template for business reviews based on customer requirements and develop communication and commitment at the field level to insure customer compliance. - Work directly with field sales / sales managers to drive sales growth within specific prospect targets. - Ensure service plan implementation based on corporate requirements. - Work with your manager to determine communication cadence with the field relative to corporate sales plans and defensive activities. - Ensure the customer holds the Kurita America in high esteem, which is depicted by high customer’s satisfaction ratings. - Performance of other duties as assigned. FINANCIAL RELATED - Provide input for the financial plan per the Kurita America financial planning process. Provide specific information including the anticipated revenue and margin by product line to be generated from the customer. - Ensure communication with the E&E Group on quote opportunities in a timely manner to aid in proper cost estimating. - Ensure that payment terms are clearly defined in writing. Accept no “pay when paid” terms. - Ensure that all risks are clearly identified and resolved before quotes are submitted. Engage the field when necessary to insure project timelines and commitments are met. - Ensure all safety risks are properly identified, mitigated and accounted for in quote. Engage all parties necessary. - Achieve plan job margins by selling unique Kurita America products and services and defining a clear work scope. - Performance of other duties as assigned. Supervisory experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability in managing projects including budgeting, staffing and communications. - Proficient technology experience working with applications including but not limited to online survey tools, HRIS (iHire and iSolved or similar), Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and online meeting systems such as Zoom. - Exceptional critical thinking skills .
