We deliver it. · Be Accountable and Expect Accountability. · Raise Your Hand or Be Willing to Extend it Role summary We are seeking a Salesforce Team Lead for our client who has strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, Omni Channel Contact Center solutions, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role involves leading a team of 6 members from USI and driving end-to-end solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring successful project delivery. - Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems. - Drive Omni Channel Contact Center solutions within Salesforce. - Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and optimizations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions. - Ensure best practices, governance, and high-quality delivery.
Job Requirements
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Integration (APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Strong experience in Omni Channel Contact Center solutions.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good To Have:
- 1+ years of work experience with IT Integration
- 1+ years of work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 8+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com
Benefits
- Work Model – Remote|W2 Only
- Employment Type - 8+ months Contract
- Salary - $60/hr - $65/hr
