About the Client Our client is a product-driven technology company building high-load, scalable platforms for iGaming and digital businesses. The company focuses on developing robust infrastructure, including advanced payment processing systems and seamless integrations with global PSPs and APMs. With a strong presence in international markets, it combines deep technical expertise with a product mindset to deliver reliable and flexible solutions. Role Overview As a System / Business Analyst, you will strengthen the payments domain and play a key role in designing and delivering integrations with payment providers worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology — translating complex payment requirements into clear system specifications and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to production. You will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable, and compliant payment flows that support a global user base. Key Responsibilities - Gather and formalise business and technical requirements for payment integrations - Design and document payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, refunds, edge cases) - Analyse APIs (REST, webhooks) and define integration contracts (request/response, mapping) - Prepare clear documentation (BRD, SRS, functional specs) for development teams - Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders - Participate in testing, validation, and successful rollout of integrations - Support scalable architecture decisions within the payment processing domain Requirements - Proven experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst in fintech or payments - Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (PSPs, APMs, transaction flows) - Hands-on experience with API analysis (REST, webhooks, JSON/XML) - Experience writing structured technical documentation (BRD, SRS, specs) - Understanding of system integration patterns and distributed architectures - Experience working in a high-risk industry (especially iGaming) - Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken) Key Soft Skills - Strong analytical and structured thinking - Attention to detail with a big-picture mindset - Clear communication between business and engineering teams - Ownership and accountability for delivery - Adaptability in a fast-changing environment What We Offer - Opportunity to work on a global, high-scale product - Complex and meaningful challenges in the payments domain - A strong engineering culture with a product focus - Collaborative and international environment - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Flexibility and support for professional growth Apply in 2 min and help shape the future of global payment infrastructure.
