The Senior Solution Executive is responsible for driving new enterprise revenue by selling Sphera’s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) solutions to large, complex organizations. This role requires sophisticated enterprise solution selling, executive presence, and disciplined deal execution. The Senior Solution Executive acts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives across Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk, Operations, Sustainability, and Finance, helping them understand, quantify, and mitigate supply chain risk at the enterprise level. Success in this role requires experience closing multi-year, six- and seven-figure enterprise software agreements using a structured qualification and forecasting methodology such as MEDDPICC. This role is perfect for high-performing enterprise sellers who are hungry, coachable, and thrive on mastering complex business challenges. Industry experience in supply chain risk, GRC, or ESG is helpful, but we prioritize ability and attitude over background. What You’ll Do: - Own and grow a defined set of enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition - Execute against annual quota through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal execution - Lead C-suite and executive-level conversations centered on supply chain risk, resilience, regulatory exposure, and financial impact - Apply MEDDPICC to rigorously qualify opportunities, assess deal health, and drive predictable outcomes - Identify and articulate customer pain tied to revenue protection, cost avoidance, compliance risk, and operational continuity - Deliver an executive-level Sphera point of view on enterprise supply chain risk management - Manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles involving economic buyers, technical decision-makers, champions, and procurement - Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Presales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Care to advance deals - Maintain accurate pipeline, deal plans, and forecasts in Salesforce - Develop and deliver value-based solution presentations that clearly communicate business impact and ROI - Lead commercial negotiations and close enterprise software license agreements - Create and execute detailed closing plans aligned to customer buying processes - Maintain deep knowledge of Sphera’s SCRM value proposition, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics What You’ll Need: - 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions to large, complex organizations - Proven success selling to C-suite and senior executives (e.g., CSCO, CPO, COO, CFO, CRO, Chief Risk Officer) - Demonstrated experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with long, consultative sales cycles - Strong command of MEDDPICC (or equivalent enterprise sales qualification methodology) - Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota - Highly driven, determined, and coachable, with the ability to quickly learn new industries, business models, and risk challenges - Experience selling Supply Chain Risk, GRC, Third-Party Risk, ESG, or Operational Resilience solutions is a plus, but not required - Ability to lead value-based discovery and articulate complex risk concepts in clear business terms - Strong negotiation skills and experience navigating procurement and legal processes - Comfortable operating in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment - Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and standard enterprise sales tools - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as the “CEO of your territory” #LI-Remote #LI-SM1 Sphera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Work in alignment with multiple Spartan departments. • Race Management including the Event Planning Manager, Event Director, Construction Manager, Festival Manager, Base Camp Manager, and Staff Support Manager to ensure all inventory and race specific equipment needs are met. • Work each scheduled event from the beginning planning stages remotely to the full cycle (12 days) on the ground POC for all deliveries and inventories, to all post event wrap up of outbound shipments, recording of payments, and any outstanding duties related to event alongside the event planning team. • Attending required planning meetings providing ongoing tasks and updates to panel answering questions accordingly alongside the planning team. • Manage the Procurement Delivery Document, from start to finish, ensuring all departments update and input information properly and in a timely manner, tracking all incoming shipments and deliveries, making sure the document is up to date daily. • The procurement of Fuel, Toilets, Dumpsters, Water needs, event specific items for the Production Team, online orders, etc. • Working with the Planning team and (Finance/AP Team/…) submitting quotes and invoices making sure parties involved are aware of expenses and purchases and that such align with the event budget. • Track and receive all event specific deliveries, follow up on order discrepancies, send EOD report to management with updates of the day’s deliveries and issues. • Set up and maintain the onsite storage structure and post departmental signage. • Unloading daily deliveries (utilizing machinery on site if necessary). • Take photos of necessary items that come to site and upload them into appropriate folders. • Confirmation calls prior to being onsite and confirming with vendors removal of all rented items still onsite being removed after team is gone. • Log, store, notify and release items to department zone leader upon arrival to the venue. • Work with the Procurement department regarding any discrepancies on expected items and to add any additional items as needed. • Track, receive and process all heavy rental equipment deliveries: quality control; photograph; document equipment serial numbers, fuel levels, Spartan ID#; and manage all maintenance and repair requests. • Work with Base Camp Manager to ensure all basecamp needs are met, ie: fuel deliveries, power needs and required maintenance and repair. • Assist Base Camp Manager with set up of vehicle and equipment parking zones for UTV’s, rental vehicles and volunteer parking. • Manage all outbound shipping needs including packaging and palletizing shipments for small parcels, LTL, FTL, etc. • Work with different departments on their outbound shipment needs. • Notify Logistics Coordinator of freight needs and submit all necessary requests. • Real time data capture of deliveries and inventories.
