Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university or college
- 8 years in electricity and automation engineering, including distribution automation, substation digitization, diagnostics, APM, device management, and cybersecurity
- 3 years designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850, firewalls, cybersecurity, and networking
- 5 years managing engineering teams
- Fully fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 30% in the US and Canada

Role Description The System of Care (SOC) Coordinator is responsible for providing overall coordination and oversight of developing and supporting a system of care for young people and families receiving child mental health and substance use services for assigned counties in the Trillium Catchment Area. This position ensures all program requirements are met and maintained. It acts as the primary contact for other systems in the catchment area who work in partnership to support the identified population. Additionally, this position will represent Trillium at public meetings related to any and all services and populations covered by Trillium; specifically, the Community Collaborative Meetings and Child MDT meetings. Responsibilities include: - Coordinate the System of Care for assigned counties, including ensuring the development of collaborative committees, policies, protocols, and procedures. - Serve as staff to the local community collaborative(s), recruit and maintain membership that includes family members, youth, child-serving agencies, and community partners. - Attend staff meetings of partner agencies to explain changes and updates in the mental health system and promote best practices in behavioral health services. - Educate other employees and the community about services, changes, funding source requirements, eligibility, and service availability. - Identify technical assistance needs of the community collaborative(s), provider agencies, families, and Trillium staff and facilitate the necessary assistance. - Support and educate stakeholders on funding sources and state and federal guidelines. - Provide input into local system annual gap and needs analysis based on feedback from community collaborative. - Work with community stakeholders and personnel to determine treatment resources available for individuals and assist with connecting them through the LME and/or Community Care of NC (CCNC), Carolina Complete Health (CCH), or other treatment providers, clinical home, medical home, and other supports within the community system of care. Qualifications - Master’s degree in a human services field and two (2) years of experience working in or with child public service systems; OR - Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and four (4) years of experience working in or with child public service systems required. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must reside within Trillium’s Southern Region, which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, and Scotland. - Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
