Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Still hands on technical and able to code in Java or in one of the frontend technologies.
- Proven track record in leading teams that design and deliver large-scale, distributed systems.
- Solid experience in backend or frontend technologies including Java, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, or React, Angular and Svelte.
- Practical experience with AWS is a big plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to set and achieve strategic goals, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
- English level - C1 or equivalent.
