Job Overview: The DaaS Document Template Developer builds and maintains dynamic document templates for policies, certificates, schedules, and other customer communications. The role translates business and compliance requirements into XML/XSLT‑driven templates using data tags, conditions, and reusable components. It involves mapping XML/JSON payloads from PAS, Billing, and Claims systems to DaaS variables, and collaborating with integration, rules, and QA teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality outputs. Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Template configuration and development - Configure and develop DaaS document templates (policies, certificates, schedules, benefit summaries, letters, notices, etc.) based on approved business and compliance specifications. - Implement dynamic data tags, conditions, loops, and formatting rules to drive correct rendering of content for different products, states, plans, and scenarios. - Configure reusable components (headers, footers, paragraphs, disclosures) to maximize standardization and reduce maintenance effort. - Integration and data mapping - Understand the XML / JSON payloads from PAS, Billing, Claims and other upstream systems and map these to DaaS variables and sections. - Collaborate with integration / PAS teams to align events, triggers, and batch jobs for document generation, email, print, and archival. - Support PRASE / rules layer teams (where applicable) to ensure configuration and templates work end‑to‑end (event → data → template → output). - Provide estimation for template/config changes and support planning for sprints / releases. - Quality, testing and support - Build unit-level test data and perform self‑testing of templates in lower environments (DEV/QA). - Work with QA teams to define test scenarios and resolve defects related to content, data mapping, formatting and performance. - Participate in UAT support, defect triage and production-verification during releases. - Provide L3 support for DaaS issues in production, including impact analysis and fixes. - Collaboration and process - Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects and Developers in an Agile environment. - Adhere to coding/configuration standards, version control practices, and deployment processes defined for DaaS and the program. - Contribute to reusable patterns, utilities, and best practices for document template development across customers. • Involvement in initial customer engagements to articulate Methods BDT capabilities and help shape customer technical strategy and requirements. • Own the technical solution required to meet a customer’s specification, liaising proactively with colleagues and external partners, as necessary, to deliver technically elegant, feasible and commercially viable solutions. • Construction of a cost model to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the solution. • Own and manage any risks associated with solution development and implementation. • Undertake, where required, authorship and/or review of technical elements of proposal documentation • Take the technical lead in the presentation of technical and commercial solutions to a customer, in collaboration with the sales team. • Provide technical support in contract negotiations and development. • Ensure effective handover of technical solution to delivery teams, in conjunction with the Programme Managers. • Contribute to the development of Methods BDT technical solutions and capabilities, keeping abreast of industry developments and proposing innovation. • Quality Assurance of Technical Solutions proposed and /or implemented by Technical Architects or Engineers, where required. • Conceptualising and designing complex solutions, covering multiple sites, and including hosted Data Centre infrastructures. • Perform presales activity in support of the Business Development, Solution Architecture and Sales teams. • The role requires detailed design skills specific to the individual’s technology specialisation, complemented by an architecture-level appreciation of all relevant complementary technologies. • Initiate an ongoing, proactive approach, working alongside colleagues in developing and delivering service offerings based on industry best practice and new-to-market technologies. • Understand and develop the opportunities within their customer accounts. • Maintain a broad understanding across Microsoft technologies and be willing to complete training (including the passing of relevant exams and accreditations) in Microsoft technologies that are identified as pertinent to your role and to maintain and gain Methods BDT certifications and accreditations. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in agreed technologies in line with Methods BDT solutions and designs. • Mentor and guide team to build and develop their skills to meet the requirements of Methods BDT and customers. • Work with Management team to build repeatable, robust, policies, processes and approaches to enable consistent and best practices solution delivery. • Provide support to Managed Services and Delivery Engineers as SME • All other duties as required.

Job Purpose Applies wide-ranging expertise to each application & project, including skills in understanding requirements, standardization, software configuration, process control, instrumentation, knowledge of software programming, validation testing, documentation, field commissioning, and more. Job Description - Responsible for supporting the use of iComplete products used in hydraulic fracturing operations. - Provide product support during tender, project execution and field operation of relevant product portfolio. - Participate in pre-job planning as required to ensure successful job execution. - Perform and approve engineering solutions to challenges in field operations in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes - Liaison with internal and external contacts for technical meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations. - Responsible for supporting technical meetings and provide coaching and direction to internal & external customers. - Support development and maintenance of standard products with sufficient flexibility to cover varying customer requirements. - Support the maintenance of embedded software and system development for application in control systems. - Prioritize and execute engineering support requests from field operations. - Provide input to continuous improvement of product portfolio. - Support commissioning and FATs of new equipment. - Ensure systems work as per documentation (control narrative and Cause & Effect). - Support maintenance of complete product documentation (operation and maintenance manuals, user guides, master documents for the product etc.). - Coordinate execution of tasks as required by the iComplete team customers and in accordance with iComplete group objectives and priorities. You are meant for this job if: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Mechanical Engineering preferred. - 4-6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing control systems preferred. - Recognized for your analytical skills, as well as your ability to identify risks and solve complex problems. - Mostly in the form of remote support to field locations. - Flexibility to remote into systems and support active field operations at a moment's notice. - Working knowledge of embedded software and system development for application in control systems. - Working knowledge of electrical diagrams (P&ID) and hardware layouts. - Experience in relevant codes, design- and testing standards for products to be included in a control system. - Capable of supporting multiple systems in parallel. - General understanding of internal economic factors (cost, margins, profit impact of decisions) affecting assignment areas.
