Accounting Support

Delegate CX

• Focuses mainly on the A/P area of our department, ensuring all vendor charges are accounted for • Paid processes and applies all vendor bills into Commonsku and batches for payment to A/P • Tracks all vendor credit, rebates, and marketing funds • Applies, tracks, and reports on all sales sample charges vs. budgets + close out all sample projects quarterly • Applies all expenses from our China team to the appropriate projects and processes for payment • Applies all freight charges to appropriate projects and approves for payment • Works closely with our Finance team, China Team, and local Promo team to audit and search for solutions to discrepancies in system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software
  • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required

Role Description We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our remote team and lead accounting operations across multiple consumer brand clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full accounting lifecycle - from month-end close to inventory accuracy to system optimization. You'll act as a trusted accounting partner to our clients while helping maintain FINNess high standards for accuracy, process, and GAAP compliance.
