Aufgaben DAS ERWARTET DICH AUF DEINER REISE Im Team Customer Care bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Anliegen unserer Kund*innen nach ihrer Reise. Du kommunizierst lösungsorientiert mit Kund*innen und Partnern und sorgst dafür, dass das Reiseerlebnis auch im Nachgang positiv in Erinnerung bleibt. Hier findest du einen detaillierten Überblick über deine zukünftigen Aufgaben: 50% Schriftliche Fallanalyse Du übernimmst die vollständige schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Kulanzanfragen sowie Reklamationen. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund*innen und internationalen Mietwagenpartnern sorgst du für eine transparente und faire Klärung der Fälle. Das notwendige Fachwissen dafür vermitteln wir dir selbstverständlich in einer umfassenden Einarbeitung. 25% Schadensbearbeitung Du stellst unser Rundum-Sorglos-Leistungsversprechen sicher, indem du eingereichte Schadensfälle sorgfältig prüfst und zeitnahe und korrekte Erstattungen veranlasst. 20% Telefonische Fallbearbeitung Du stehst unseren Kund*innen auch telefonisch zur Verfügung, um Unklarheiten zu klären und offene Fälle service- sowie lösungsorientiert abzuschließen. 5% Prozessanalyse und Optimierung Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards – sowohl intern als auch bei unserem Netzwerk aus Mietwagenpartnern. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen ein und arbeitest aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Abläufe mit. Qualifikation DAS HAST DU IN DEINEM KOFFERRAUM Luisa, deine zukünftige Teamleiterin, überzeugst du mit deinem freundlichen, souveränen und serviceorientierten Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt. Ob Quereinsteiger*in oder Branchenprofi – das solltest du mitbringen: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise aus Touristik, Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsbereich. - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
