Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems. Key Responsibilities - Design Excellence: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces. - User Insights: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences. - Research-Driven Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts. - Consistency in Design: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products. - Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices including AI-assisted design workflows to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team. - AI-Enhanced Design Practices: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate initial wireframes/prototypes, analyze user insights, and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining strong human-centered oversight and quality. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products. - A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges. Requirements - Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively. - Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems). - Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. - Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications. - Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro. - Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven design tools (such as Figma AI, Claude, or similar) to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping while applying strong human-centered judgment. - Experience or strong interest in designing for AI-powered features, focusing on transparency, explainability, user trust, and ethical considerations especially valuable in HealthTech contexts. Bonus Points For - Experience designing for healthcare or B2B enterprise applications. - Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components. - Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows (e.g., AI-assisted research synthesis, rapid wireframing, or high-fidelity prototyping). - Exposure to human-AI interaction design principles in complex enterprise or HealthTech products.
