Senior Analyst, Operations

• Data Analysis: Collect, process and analyse data related to various aspects of operational initiatives and growth. • Performance monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (where needed) to track performance of our fleet across KSA, providing meaningful insights. • Forecasting: Utilize historical data and statistical modelling to generate predictions and forecasts of proposed initiatives. • Data integrity: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of data for analysis and reporting in daily/weekly trackers. • Ad hoc analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis as and when requested by management & leadership team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
