Area Sales Manager

• Ensure profitable business in the market of the assigned business area • Responsible to run a successful market • Review and evaluation of business results and implementation of needed organisation changes • Implementation of organizational policies and proper execution • Leading the business to achieve budget and other planned financial and non-financial KPI´s • Ensures that all operations are performed in compliance with relevant local, state and federal laws and regulations • Takes decisions in the interest of the business objectives of the Segment and the Business Unit • Responsible for the analysis of the market trends and environment; analysis of sales, turnover, contribution margin • Definition of requirements for the product portfolio • Implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned business area in terms of customer groups • Responsibility for customer acquisition; managing contracts/ business proposals • Commercial negotiation in alignment with segment strategy • Maintains customer expectation while aligning with corporate standards • Escalation of customer issues and specific requests • Develops and maintains strategic and cooperative relationship with customers in the assigned business area to support the segment strategy • Aligns customers demand to corporate standards • Ensure close customer relation management within boundaries set by compliance • Represents the regional business to major stakeholder, major customers, Industry Associations, International Trading Groups, government agencies, and similar groups in order to secure the interests of the Segment/Business Unit/Division/Continental AG • Represent ContiTech PTG / ContiTech / Continental AG at customer events in assigned business area • Implementation and Execution of the Continental Values in the organization • Assure standards and quality guidelines (internal and external), quality awareness, customer quality targets • Secures the Continental Code of Conduct and Compliance to all legal requirement

What You’ll Do: The Senior Manager, Community is responsible for leading regional community strategy and acting as a high-visibility liaison within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. You will manage regional community initiatives, serving as an individual contributor to drive product awareness and education in targeted accounts. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Management & Leadership - Regional Strategy Development: Help develop and execute a growth plan for high-value accounts in the APAC region in collaboration with global Community Leadership. - Initiative Ownership: Lead special projects as requested to support global business initiatives in program development and help identify opportunities for geographic expansion into new APAC markets. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Management, Marketing, SDR, and Partner Success teams to identify strategic partners and influence company-wide programs to ensure they align with the needs of APAC MSPs. - Internal Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of the APAC partner base, synthesising feedback and strategic opportunities for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams 2. Individual Contributor (IC) Community Functions - High-Touch Presence: Attend and maintain a consistent, high-value presence at APAC Industry events, Peer Groups, and external Channel communities - Revenue Generation: Help ensure high-value prospect accounts are engaged with Huntress and brought into the sales cycle to support the revenue team - Education & Content: Oversee and execute educational events, physical or virtual, as required, focusing on cybersecurity trends and business expansion for partners - Partner Liaison: Develop and maintain high-value relationships with MSP owners and influential peer group leaders and industry peers, ensuring they view Huntress as a strategic partner. - Surprise & Delight: Help design and execute creative initiatives that drive loyalty and foster deep emotional connections with our partner ecosystem. What You Bring To The Team: - Experience: 5+ years of experience in Community Management in the MSP Industry - Public Presence: Strong ability to present on stage, in a boardroom, virtually, and at private dinners, etc., to confidently influence executive-level partners and MSP owners - Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the MSP/Channel business model and the cybersecurity landscape. - Autonomy & Project Management: Exceptional time and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives independently. - Travel: Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel to the US 1-2 times per year.
