Clients will have a choice to give the providers reviews and star ratings to ensure our elite services when booking on our app. Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals. IT Helpdesk Technician

Role Description We are looking for a competent IT Helpdesk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. - Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. - Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. - Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. - Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. - Provide accurate information on IT products or services. - Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. - Follow-up and update customer status and information. - Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team. - Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. Qualifications - Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. - Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control. - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. - Proficiency in English. - Excellent communication skills. - Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. - BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or a relevant field. Requirements - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals. • Develop and maintain applications that support Field Operations and Dispatch teams • Drive automation, process efficiency and customer service support for all underlying network and operational process for front line field technicians and customer service agents • Work closely with IT and the Business Operations team members to ensure alignment of application/process long term goals and visions • Drive strategic direction and support for multiple applications within the Field and Dispatch system stack • Provide advanced technical direction in the creation, delivery, and implementation of multiple system enhancements to assist in End User productivity
• Provide front-line technical support for our proprietary software applications via phone, email and remote access in a timely manner to external clients. • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, management, in-house software developers and clients. • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve application issues. • Communicate and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate team member(s). • Document all reported issues and task details; analyze gathered data. • Deploy and provide training on software applications to new clients and new versions to current clients.
