PAYTER
• Plan, execute, and manage primarily customer focussed technical projects from initiation to closure, including creating detailed project plans, schedules • Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with customer and business stakeholders • Monitor progress against plans, manage milestones, and adjust schedules and resources as priorities or requirements change • Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical work and explaining technical topics in business terms • Work within the Product Implementation team, growing your specialised Implementation Project Manager team to cope with increased demand.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing technical projects using "classic" tools (RAID logs, RACI, status reporting) and Agile or Kanban methodologies
- You possess proven ability to collaborate with engineers on designs and trade-offs, effectively translating customer needs into technical requirements
- You have experience in the payments industry or related verticals, with preferred hands-on knowledge of Jira, Miro, or Odoo
- You demonstrated team leadership experience to support this role’s growth into a hybrid leadership and individual contributor position
- You are socially adept with professional English fluency (extra languages are a plus) and a high sensitivity to client needs

Responsibilities: - Understands various cost models and develops budgets for moderate complexity projects. - Ensures financial KPIs are achieved on assigned projects; invoices on-time and ensures alignment with the contracted payment schedule; updates revenue projections on assigned projects.
