• Plan, build, and manage a centralised documentation portal, ensuring a seamless self-service experience for our customers. • Define and document technical standards, style guides, and templates to ensure all customer-facing content is consistent, professional, and scalable. • Audit and curate the existing backlog of technical information, transforming scattered data into a structured and easy-to-navigate knowledge base. • Get hands-on with Payter hardware, software and service interfaces to verify features and ensure all guides are accurate and practical for real-world use. • Act as the primary communication bridge between the Development and Product teams and our customers, translating technical complexity into clear, user-centric content. • Work within the Product team to proactively identify documentation gaps and ensure all new hardware and software releases are supported with high quality release notes and supporting documentation.
• Become a subject matter expert on Payter hardware and software, including cloud APIs, TCP/IP Socket connectivity, and physical installation options • Manage integration support tickets efficiently, providing detailed technical solutions via email, video calls, or chat • Guide new customers through introductory consultations and best-practice implementation workshops • Collaborate with clients during the development and testing phases to ensure successful certification before production deployment • Document all technical interactions accurately to ensure seamless team collaboration and follow-up • Identify and share opportunities for product and process improvements based on customer feedback to enhance the overall user experience • Provide technical expertise to Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on large-scale, complex projects
• Plan, execute, and manage primarily customer focussed technical projects from initiation to closure, including creating detailed project plans, schedules • Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with customer and business stakeholders • Monitor progress against plans, manage milestones, and adjust schedules and resources as priorities or requirements change • Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical work and explaining technical topics in business terms • Work within the Product Implementation team, growing your specialised Implementation Project Manager team to cope with increased demand.
• You identify and uncover new business opportunities across our targeted verticals, acting as a strategic scout for Payter’s growth • You take ownership of outbound outreach—via email, phone, and social—to build and safeguard a strong, high-quality pipeline • You dive deep into Payter’s payment solutions, developing the intellectual curiosity needed to translate our technology into compelling value propositions • You conduct discovery calls to investigate prospective customers' challenges and uncover the "true meaning" of how our solutions can help them • You collaborate closely with Sales Managers to progress deals, ensuring a seamless transition and a unified approach to closing new business • You maintain accurate records within our CRM, making your progress and impact visible to the entire organization • You support and amplify marketing campaigns with targeted outbound activity, bridging the gap between our brand message and the market • You represent Payter with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, acting as a guardian of our reputation in every interaction
