• Move demographic and scheduling information from one system to another • Check insurance eligibility thru websites or calls • Obtain dental procedure history • Accurately encode Fee Schedules in our practice softwares • Check accuracy of previously entered data • Collaborate effectively with other members of the Dental Team to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with dental coding systems (preferably but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of dental billing codes and insurance procedures is advantageous but not required
  • Data entry skills (40 WPM or better)
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Has reliable internet at home
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules or graveyard shift
  • Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
