Account Manager, Upper Mid-Market
Absorb Software
• Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through upsells and cross sells • Negotiate client contract renewals with a focus on increased Annual Recurring Revenue and long-term relationships • Generate and close new for opportunities for ‘land and expand’ within assigned accounts • Generate proposals and other client facing documentation to assist your sales process • Identify and develop meaningful client relationships • Accurately manage and report your sales pipeline monthly and quarterly • Thoroughly understand Absorb subscription models to effectively answer client questions • Participate in team meetings and projects to improve sales processes & sales output • Develop strong internal relationships to support client lifecycle • Keep up to date with latest product releases and training seminars to ensure thorough product knowledge
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)
- 3-5 years of experience successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling
- Very strong time management and organizational skills
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude, strong team player
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that changes constantly
- SaaS (or Technology) sales experience
- Experience working with a global client base
- Strong MS Office skills – primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience working with industry tools such as Salesforce

Job Description: Account Managers are the core connection between our most influential customers and DealerOn. They are the leading point of contact and own the retention and growth of our holistic business partnerships. It is their responsibility to drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that cover all levels of the customer’s business. They own removing roadblocks and risks to help foster strategic growth across all DealerOn products and services, ensure consistency and cohesion across stakeholders/stores, accelerate digital marketing performance and manage all retention efforts for any customer they partner with. This a remote, senior level position reporting to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Success or Director of Customer Success. Deze tankpas kunnen onze klanten gebruiken bij ruim 450 bemande en onbemande tankstations met de labels TinQ, BP, Gulf en Shell in Nederland. Daarnaast onderhoud je warm contact met onze partnerships bij sportclubs in jouw regio. Je benadert zakelijke prospects en geeft informatie over de voordelen van het gebruik van de FUELCARD. Je denkt proactief met de klant mee en bent een “partner in crime” die zich inzet voor het vinden van de beste oplossing.
