• Design, develop, and execute AI/ML experiments and evaluation frameworks • Build and improve AI benchmarking methodologies for large language models and related systems • Analyze experimental results and provide data-driven insights • Develop scalable research tools using Python • Collaborate with cross-functional research and engineering teams • Maintain clean, reproducible code using Git and modern development practices • Contribute to research documentation and technical reports.

• Manage projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budget. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization specialists to design efficient and scalable workflows. • Oversee distributed, multilingual teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating project risks. • Ensure high data quality through the implementation of quality control processes and feedback loops. • Use both internal and external tools to manage data workflows and monitor project performance. • Maintain client relationships, scoping requirements, prepare reports, and provide regular project updates and recommendations. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging accountability and ongoing professional development.

• Collect content from various asset types: Emails, Messages, Notes, Files, Voicemail / Audio meeting notes, Webpages, Screenshots, Photos • Ensure content includes relevant topics like Sports, Movies & TV, Food, Music, Recreational activities, Automotive, Technology, Travel & leisure, Weather & natural events, Health & fitness, Finance, Government & politics, School, College & Work life, Traditions & local celebrations, Gaming

• Transcribe audio content with two speakers and code-switching between languages • Perform quality checks on transcriptions • Apply tags and validate speaker information following strict guidelines

• Handle Hungarian legal domain content with high linguistic and contextual accuracy • Perform translation, review, validation, and quality assurance (QA) activities • Ensure consistency in legal terminology and compliance standards • Coordinate with project stakeholders and project leads for smooth project execution and timely deliverables • Support project requirements within defined timelines and quality benchmarks • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive legal documents

• Owning the project from initial planning to delivery. • Manage the entire life cycle of projects to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, quality, and efficiency. • Work in coordination with the Sales Managers for existing & New clients; provide inputs on project feasibility/workarounds. • Co-ordinate/communicate with the clients throughout the duration of the projects in a timely manner and update them on the exact status. • Checking and reviewing the instruction list that is given to Internal & External resources. • Ensure highest quality level of work by following & applying a strict quality control process for all jobs before delivered to the client. • Ensure client is satisfied with Quality & Timely service. • Successful management of Project Budgets (Operating Profitability). • Closely monitor the progress of production at each stage of the process; prioritizing tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously. • On-time completion of projects leading to On-Time Billing. • Troubleshooting issues/concerns as needed. • Documentation and Reporting - Update TMS, Status to client and internal customer, Project status reports.
