Regional Sales Manager

Role Description The candidate will take on responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager, with direct oversight of several key territories in the Western Region of the United States. The candidate shall have direct contact and oversight of a hybrid team of organic and Domestic Contract Sales Representatives. Candidate shall control the internal environment in providing quotes, proposals, technical guidance, and in general, customer satisfaction via use of internal systems for these purposes and via interaction with all levels of coworkers in many or most of the internal disciplines. - Identify and capture new business opportunities with key customers. - Maintain a current order forecast. - Provide quotations for standard product and contribute to the development of complex high-dollar value proposals for the full range of Narda-MITEQ products. - Knowledge and experience in an appropriate technical discipline to maintain a full understanding of the entire product range; RF specific technical ability is necessary. - Lead and manage external manufacturing representatives within assigned territory, driving performance, accountability, and revenue growth. - Demonstrated written communication skills in English language is essential. Qualifications - Requires management and leadership knowledge in the Job Area. - Typically has comprehensive knowledge and skills within a specific technical discipline and broad understanding of other areas within the job function. - Proven experience partnering with prime defense contractors to identify and track program activity. - Requires Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience or 10+ years of related experience. - Must have the appropriate skill necessary to negotiate and close multi-million-dollar contracts. - Must be capable of developing successful account strategies to increase market penetration. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-cultural skills are essential. - Must possess willingness to regularly travel as necessary. - Candidate must have the ability to manage own time without continuous supervision. - Residence in the Western Region of the United States highly preferred due to travel requirements. Requirements - Ability to provide reliable forecast and achieve individual and team booking revenue plan. - Sets appropriate objectives to meet desired revenue goals. - Qualifies and directs sales activities compliant with corporate guidelines. - Performs account management activities to include business development, lead generation, customer qualification, proposal delivery, and contract negotiation. - Understands and assimilates the latest technologies and market data to create account propositions and competitive solutions for high value opportunities. - Establishes a communication path between the company and the Sales Representative/Customer to ensure customer satisfaction. - Develops and supports timely resolution to customer or Rep related issues. - Assists sales, support, and marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion, training, or market research in planning and executing projects. - Participates in multi-disciplinary IPT teams to recommend new application and product features and strategy for the strategic account or territory. - Ability to achieve Secret Level Security Clearance is desired but not mandatory.

Role Description The role of Supplier Sales Executive is a telesales position within a multilingual ‘Managed Sales’ team, requiring the Enrollment Specialist to speak with supplier clients with a plan to enroll them onto one of the two Tungsten services at the request of their buyer customer (end client). Each individual is expected to carefully manage a sales portfolio (containing 100-300 suppliers) in line with strict quality guidelines. This includes regular interaction and detailed account notes within the CRM. Key Responsibilities - Contact each new supplier lead within 2-8 working days. - Provide professional advice on which service to register for. - Professionally represent Tungsten Network, as well as the outstanding buyers (end clients) we represent and enroll on behalf of, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Determine the correct supplier contact / decision maker. - Handle objections. - Upsell additional / higher value services. - Provide notes following each interaction (these notes will be visible to the Tungsten Management and End Client). - Update the CRM with gathered notes and account/contact details. - Ensure suppliers “go live” on the network post registration. - Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.
