Qualifikation Das bringst du mit: - Du bringst mindestens 8–12 Jahre Berufserfahrung im projektbezogenen Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Position innerhalb der Bau- und Immobilienbranche mit. - Du verstehst die Mechanismen der HOAI, kennst die Strukturen komplexer Bauprojekte und weißt, wie Entscheidungsprozesse auf Auftraggeberseite funktionieren. - Du verfügst über ein belastbares Netzwerk in der Bauwirtschaft – idealerweise mit Zugang zu relevanten Entscheidern. - Du denkst unternehmerisch, analysierst Märkte strukturiert und leitest daraus klare Vertriebsstrategien ab. - Du bist souverän in Vertriebsgesprächen, trittst verbindlich auf und bewegst dich sicher auf C-Level-Ebene. - Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung?
