Territory Sales Manager
Hunter Fan Company
• Manage & service the Hunter Fan Company assortment within Menards stores • Support activities & initiatives to increase sales • Help with Team Member product knowledge • Leave consumers with positive experience with Hunter Fan Company • Maintain integrity/look of the Hunter Fan Company program within Menards stores • Build and hang ceiling fans at stores as needed • Report back issues seen/discovered at store level • Establish professional working relationship with store Department Managers and Team Members • Perform in-store demos • Collaborate with peers to share best practices
Job Requirements
- BA in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
- 3 years sales and/or service in similar channel
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to be flexible to needs of the company and accounts
- Strong administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electricity
- Ability to climb ladders to hang fans
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead
- Ability to drive or fly to corporate office and account locations.
