• Document and prioritize feature requirements for the product team • Engage with subscribers to understand their challenges and guide them in using the product effectively • Define solution assets related to security configurations and workflows • Collaborate with other PMs to write epics, features, user stories, and defects, and advocate for them in the backlog • Prioritize usability improvements, bug fixes, and new feature development to boost adoption • Coordinate backlog across multiple engineering teams to maximize market impact • Participate in Agile ceremonies, refine user stories, and document acceptance criteria • Create end-user documentation, marketing content, and go-to-market materials • Implement in-product engagement experiences such as tours, feature highlights, and learning aids • Drive customer success initiatives with training, engagement tools, and feedback loops • Work with design teams to enhance user experience and engagement tracking
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software product management
- Experience in writing clear and user-friendly help documentation for end users
- Hands-on experience with in-product user engagement tools such as Intercom, Pendo, or similar
- Understanding of the MSP/MSSP market and its role in administering cloud application environments, including security management
- Practical experience in the IT security and compliance domain, preferably with cloud security product management, product support, or implementation support
- NICE TO HAVE: Technical knowledge in security, cloud software development, and PowerShell will be an advantage

Your day at NTT DATA The Senior Product Marketing Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for introducing new organizational products or services and/or enhanced products or services to the external marketplace. The Senior Product Marketing Specialist collaborates with cross functional teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that highlight the value of company products and/or services in the market. This role ensures that the Sales and GTM functions are informed, trained and enabled to sell the product or service.
