Job Description
Human Resources Manager
Pixalate, Inc.
Human Resources Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Singapore Minimum Experience: 5-8+ years About the Role Pixalate is looking for a high-impact Human Resources Manager to lead our growth from the front lines. This is not a “desk management” role; we need a professional who possesses the strategic mindset of an HR leader and the relentless execution of a top-tier recruiter. You will be the guardian of our talent lifecycle, owning the process from the initial contact with hiring managers to the candidate’s first anniversary and beyond. This role is essential to Pixalate’s growth, requiring a "player-coach" who can expertly manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring our HR operations remain seamless and scalable. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition - Strategic Sourcing: Act as the primary recruiter for the organization, focusing on high-impact technical, operational, and commercial roles. - Full-Cycle Execution: Facilitate the entire recruiting process from inception to completion, including initial resume screening, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates through diverse channels, and conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews. - Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with the executive team and hiring managers to gather detailed feedback, ensuring a robust cultural and technical fit for all prospective employees. - Closing & Negotiation: Lead the “sell” process. You will expertly facilitate and extend offers of employment, including skilled negotiation of compensation, equity, and benefits to ensure a high acceptance rate. - Brand Ambassador: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, whether hired or not, to ensure a premium, professional, and positive experience throughout the hiring process. 2. Operations - Onboarding Execution: Collaborate on the day-to-day onboarding process for all new hires. You will utilize Pixalate’s existing framework to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly and have the tools necessary to be productive within their first 30 days. - Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of current recruiting and HR programs, applying your experience to suggest and implement iterative adjustments over time as the company’s needs evolve. - HR Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data integrity and compliance without letting processes slow down progress. - Administrative Oversight: Oversee interview and meeting scheduling globally, ensuring seamless operation of essential HR functions and logistics. - Compliance & Data: Track critical hiring and HR metrics to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership while ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry best practices. Who You Are (Qualifications) - 5-8+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in a blend of high-growth Talent Acquisition and global HR Operations roles, ideally within the tech or venture-backed startup ecosystem. - Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. HR professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) are highly preferred. - The "Manager-Doer" Mindset: You are senior enough to understand the nuances of recruiting strategy and employee relations, but hungry enough to spend half a day arranging and taking interviews. - Expert Negotiator: You understand the intricacies of tech compensation and have extensive experience navigating complex offer negotiations with high-level talent. - High Accountability: You thrive in environments where you “own” the outcome. You don’t wait for information to be handed to you; you seek it out because it’s what the business needs. - Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding proprietary business and employee information. - Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace (G Suite), and modern HRIS/ATS platforms. Why Join Pixalate? At Pixalate, we thrive on innovation, challenging the status quo, and pushing each other to achieve our highest potential. We offer an environment where high performance is recognized and rewarded. - A Competitive Compensation Package - Monthly Internet Reimbursement - Casual, Remote Work Environment - Flexible Hours - Opportunity for Advancement and Professional Development - Fun Annual Team Events - Being part of a high-performing global team that wants to win and have fun doing it
