Client Services Director

LiveChat

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned aircraft owners • Partner with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to ensure seamless flight execution • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Client Aviation Managers and Flight Crew professionals • Collaborate with the Client Accounting Director to ensure financial clarity and transparency for clients

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field required
  • 7–10+ years in client services, aviation operations, or similar roles
  • strong working knowledge of private aviation operations, aircraft management, and FAA regulations

About This Role: The Financial Management Service (FMS) Budget Coordinator is responsible for assisting families with adhering to budget and service plans. The Budget Coordinator will assist with creating and coordinating clients’ budgets for in-home care needs in compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules.
