Lead Solution Architect

• Support enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systems • Help design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry
- Familiarity with Value Based Contracting, Provider Contracting, Provider Integrations, Attachments, electronic communications with provider systems, document sharing, security, Identify Access Management, claims processing, eligibility, and provider data management systems
- Strong mainframe experience (IBM, CICS, DB2)
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions
- Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) Lucid For Sketch Creation
- API design and integration
- Data architecture and governance
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Security and compliance in healthcare IT
