Inside Sales Representative, Health Coach – Course

• Use extensive knowledge of our certifications and specializations to overcome objections, solve prospect concerns, and convert warm leads into sales! • Make 150+ calls daily to prospective students (no cold calling!). • Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage quickly with students - driving to a one-call close when possible. • Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals.

Job Requirements

  • A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course.
  • At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume, inside sales experience.
  • Prior CRM experience.
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales.
  • Excellent phone-based communication skills.
  • Personal passion for fitness and desire to help others.
  • Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales.
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base.
  • Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks.
  • Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students.
  • Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
  • Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work.
