Position Overview We're searching for a Sr. UX Designer to join our Applied Epic team in a remote or hybrid setting. Our Applied Epic team focuses on our core AMS offering, Applied Epic , a browser native all in one solution that helps insurance agencies manage everything from prospecting, s ales and quoting, to accounting, reporting and analytics . The Sr. UX Designer will handle projects across multiple workstreams and ultimately be accountable for the delivery, quality, and success of the product's user experience throughout the entire product lifecycle. Strategically collaborate with the Product Management team to create solutions to challenging problems through generative user research, ideation, and designs & prototypes to provide users with an efficient experience that simplifies user interfaces and complex employee benefits insurance workflows. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for a designer who understands how to create buildable, fabrication-ready exhibit designs using 3ds Max. In this role, you will lead the design and development of custom trade show exhibits from concept through execution. You will translate client goals into creative, functional designs that align with fabrication requirements, budgets, and installation realities. Your work will move beyond concept and into physical execution on the show floor.
