This is a remote position. Location: Las Vegas, NV or Remote (U.S.) Exhibit Pros is seeking a Senior Exhibit Designer with direct trade show experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for a designer who understands how to create buildable, fabrication-ready exhibit designs using 3ds Max. In this role, you will lead the design and development of custom trade show exhibits from concept through execution. You will translate client goals into creative, functional designs that align with fabrication requirements, budgets, and installation realities. Your work will move beyond concept and into physical execution on the show floor. You will collaborate closely with account managers, project managers, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, feasible, and delivered at a high level. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. You’ll succeed in this role if you have designed trade show booths that have been physically built, regularly use 3ds Max in your workflow, and understand how design decisions impact materials, cost, and installation. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in seeing your work come to life in a real-world environment. Requirements - 5+ years of experience specifically in trade show exhibit design - Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max - Experience with AutoCAD or Vectorworks - Experience working with Aluvision and/or beMatrix systems - Ability to create fabrication-ready drawings and technical documentation - Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and production processes - Experience working directly with production, fabrication, or install teams - Strong portfolio demonstrating custom exhibit or booth design Benefits - Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (exempt) - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan Exhibit Pros is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
