Junior People & Culture Coordinator
Buddle
• Support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function • Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and leave filings for all RPs using Hubstaff • Monitor attendance trends and flag RPs approaching or reaching warning thresholds • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records across internal systems • Prepare, update, and maintain HR trackers, databases, and recurring reports • Gather and consolidate RP data for benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and HR reporting • Assist in onboarding new hires to Buddle • Serve as the first point of contact for RPs regarding routine HR and policy-related questions • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and offsite engagement events • Maintain recurring HR and operational reports • Proactively identify and flag operational and compliance-related red flags • Provide basic technical support for company-issued laptops and equipment • Draft and send Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Verbal Warnings for routine HR cases • Ensure completeness of all Buddle member lists
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and GSuite
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and platforms
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and people-oriented approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of operational responsibilities
- Willing to go onsite for events, oculars, and coordination as needed
