Position Summary As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and deploying Technology solutions and systems by leveraging advanced technical skills to design and code software applications, perform system testing and debugging, work with cross-functional teams, and influence the overall technical strategy and innovation of digital engineering initiatives. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with React (ReactJS) and Java (J2EE Design Patterns) - 4+ years’ experience with object‑oriented design, design patterns, algorithms, and performance optimization - 4+ years' experience building and consuming microservices using Spring Boot / Spring Cloud - 4 + years' experience developing RESTful APIs and integration layers - 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases, including schema design, data storage for UI applications, version upgrades, and API‑based data access - 4+ years’ experience with Kubernetes (AKS or similar) - 4+ years’ experience with the full software development lifecycle and modern engineering best practices Preferred Qualifications - Experience with API design, governance, and versioning strategies - Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Docker, GitHub, Groovy, Ansible, Spring Gateway - Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate trade‑offs and make sound technical decisions - Effective collaborator who communicates technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Growth mindset with an interest in continuous learning and technical excellence Education - Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
