Job Requirements
- Core Delivery & Collaboration: Experience working in Agile environments, communicating progress, raising blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Commitment to high-quality delivery with attention to detail, code quality, and testing. Alignment with Praxent’s Core Values and ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Client Interaction & Communication: Strong communication skills, including partnering with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss technical approaches, and provide demos.
- Technical Breadth (for all engineering roles): Experience with at least one of the following: Building modern, attractive user interfaces (React or Angular preferred), Building data-driven REST APIs (Python, Go, Node, or Java), Administering cloud infrastructure, servers, or databases (AWS preferred).
